Common Questions About Our Terms and Conditions

The current version of every policy document is available through our legal index page. Each document carries a version date in the header so you can confirm you are reading the most recent edition before acting on it.

Our terms apply consistently across supported regions of Pakistan. Where local law in a specific area creates a restriction on access or account activity, we note that in the relevant section rather than applying blanket terms that ignore regional differences.

Deposits and withdrawals made through JazzCash and Easypaisa are governed by our transaction conditions page. That page sets out processing windows, what triggers a review, and how a failed transaction is handled on both sides.

You can submit a formal dispute through email or live chat. We log the submission, acknowledge it within 24 hours, and provide a written outcome after review. The full dispute process is described in our account terms section.

If a material change is made to any policy document that affects your account rights or obligations, we send a notification to your registered contact before the updated version takes effect. Minor corrections are published without a separate notification.

Our policy documents are currently published in English. For accounts operating in Pakistan, we write in clear en-PK English to make the terms as accessible as possible without requiring a specialist background to understand them.

The governing law for disputes is stated in our governing-law page within the legal index. For accounts in supported Pakistan regions, disputes are handled in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction noted there, and the process is the same for all accounts.
